The big day has arrived! The stage is set, you know all your lines and you are ready to take the stage! BUT WAIT… The dressing room door is locked and HEY! Your COSTUMES ARE MISSING!!! The understudies have stolen them all, locked you in the dressing room and are ready to take your place on stage! With curtain in 60 minutes you’ll have to be smart to escape in time and foil their plan!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

NO REFUNDS

We will be happy to reschedule your reservation up to 2 times.

Before 24 hours prior to your escape you’ll receive a full credit towards your next visit via email. 

Within 24 hours of your escape: a 50% credit towards your next visit will be emailed to you.

Within 2 hours and No Call, No Show appointments and those that show after their scheduled start times will forfeit 100% of all charges and discounts.

RESPECT and RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We hold the right to refuse service to any customer that is disrespectful in any way. In this case, no refund will be given. All damage to property will be charged to the credit card on file. We know that accidents happen, but unreasonable negligence will not be tolerated and will result in charges to cover the replacement of items lost. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears ill. We will do our best to reschedule you but any guest appearing ill or overly intoxicated will be asked to leave immediately and arrangements will have to be made at a later time via phone or email. Our employee’s health is very important to us. All members of the TE101 family are to be treated with utmost respect. 

AGE

This is one of the largest changes Covid-19 brings us. Our minimum age to play is 5. All players must be listed on the reservation regardless of age though only ages 5= count as paid players. Please know that Tactical Escape 101 employees may not be used for childcare and all younger players must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

MASK

All guests will be required to bring and wear masks during your visit. We will do our best to stay stocked with masks for purchase but If guests fail to bring and wear face covering no refund will be allowed. In fact… Let’s have fun with it! Show us your most outrageous and fun mask designs! It might win you a prize!
