While this is inconvenient, please know all you need to do is call and we will have your back! We have a list of them and are ready to assist and get your booking taken care of correctly!
Q: I have more than one certificate to redeem. How do I do that?
A: simply put a comma between the gift certificate numbers.
Q: What happens after I buy the certificate online?
A: After you purchase your gift certificate you'll be prompted to fill out a printable card. No worries. If you aren't near a printer you'll also receive a link in your reciept email as well! The card is a free option to you and can be customized with your own image if you're tech savvy. If not, simply choose one of the pre-designed cards and PRINT! If you don't want a card, that's cool too.
Q: I want to buy it for someone else. Who's name should I put it in?
A: The name on the certificate doesn't really matter to US. What will matter will be that the receiving party has the unique voucher code you are emailed.
Q: Can iI email it directly to them?
A: YES! But- It will be emailed when you purchase so if it's a surprise email it to yourself.
Q: What if I buy a certificate and the person I give it too loses it?
A: That's why we ask for all that info at checkout. As long as you know the email that bought the certificate we can find it!
NO REFUNDS- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We will be happy to reschedule your reservation up to 2 times. Please let us know as soon as possible.
No Call, No Show appointments, calls within 2 hours and those that show after their scheduled start time will forfeit 100% of all charges, certificates and discounts.
RESPECT, ILLNESS and RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
We hold the right to refuse service to any customer that is disrespectful, intoxicated or ill. In these cases, no refund will be given. All damage to property will be charged to the credit card on file. We know that accidents happen, but unreasonable negligence will not be tolerated and will result in charges to cover the replacement of items lost.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears ill. We will do our best to reschedule you but any guest appearing ill or overly intoxicated will be asked to leave immediately. Arrangements will have to be made at a later time via phone or email and a rescheduling fee may apply.
Our employee’s health is very important to us. All members of the TE101 family are to be treated with utmost respect.
AGE: Our minimum age to play with a group is 5. All players must be listed on the reservation regardless of age though only ages 5+ count as paid players. We ask thatyoung children be kept in a stroller or body pack at all times. Please know that Tactical Escape 101 employees may not be used for childcare and all younger players must be supervised in the adventure by an adult at all times.
