Closed for the season- something new will come for 2025!  It’s Christmas Eve, and you and your family have gathered at your great-grandmother's grand estate for the reading of her last will and testament. The fireplace crackles with warmth, casting flickering shadows over the garlands and twinkling lights that decorate the room. The air is filled with anticipation as the lawyer reads aloud the contents of her will.

But then comes the unexpected twist: your great-grandmother has left the fate of her beloved home up to a Christmas challenge. Instead of designating a single heir, the will states that the person who finds the house’s missing deed will become the rightful owner.

As the clock strikes, the festive atmosphere shifts into one of urgency. The house is full of hidden clues, puzzles, and secrets that great-grandmother cleverly left behind, and you have just 60 minutes to uncover the location of the deed. Search through her favorite rooms, unravel cryptic messages in her holiday cards, and crack open forgotten family heirlooms. Time is running out, and so is your chance to claim the estate.

Can you solve the mystery of the missing deed before the clock strikes midnight, or will the ownership of your great-grandmother’s cherished house remain a mystery forever?

Step back into the groovy 1970s and uncover the truth behind the spooky happenings at the historic Schlegelmilch House! For years, the town has been abuzz with rumors that the house is haunted—strange noises, flickering lights, and eerie whispers have kept even the bravest souls at bay. But Jinky, we know there’s no such thing as ghosts! You and your team of far-out explorers have been tasked with solving the mystery once and for all.

As you enter the house, you'll be transported into a world of retro vibes and psychedelic puzzles. The house may seem deserted, but the evidence of a caretaker, Frank, lingers in every room. Is Frank the key to the mystery? Or is something more sinister afoot? With only 60 minutes on the clock, you’ll need to work together to decipher clues, play groovy games, and unlock the secrets of Schlegelmilch House. But be careful—Frank has set up some traps to scare off intruders, and he’s not about to let you solve the mystery easily!

Can you and your team outsmart Frank, uncover the truth, and prove that the Schlegelmilch House isn’t haunted after all? Or will you be just another group of  explorers who leave with nothing but a chilling tale? Thanks to WEAU  for stopping by!

We all know that Santa makes a list and checks it twice. Christmas is near and you think you've been good. Did... that thing you did get you put on there wrong list? Uh oh!!! Better get in there and fix that right up!

Just in case the list needs some "help" you've snuck into Santa's house and are determined to find it.

It will just take a second you said…You’ve made it into the basement and now, you’re stuck. There’s a timer? But why? What happens in 60 minutes? You decide you DO NOT want to figure it out and decide to leave..

Wait, is this a séance? What’s behind that doorway? Aw crap… there’s more…
